T aking Karnataka on the path of progress is the aim of the BJP government’s aim,said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.

Speaking at the Vijay Sankalp Yatra organized by BJP in Nandhghad in which Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh participate, he said under the Kisan Sanman Scheme,Rs.12,000 crore had been disbursed among 53 lakh farmer families of which Rs.4481 crore had been paid from the state government.

Other programs like Pradhan Mantri Awas yojana and Ujwala have reached people.The Vidya Nidhi scheme has been extended to the children of farmers, fishermen,and taxi and autorickshaw drivers.

A free bus pass is given to the girl students and also free education for them from PU to degree.
Scholarship for 12,000 Maratha students in Belagavi

The CM said the per capita income in Karnataka has increased to Rs.3.54 lakh after the Covid-19 pandemic and the economy has been lifted despite the challenges thrown by the pandemic.

The Maratha Development Corporation had been given Rs 100 crore for the education of the Maratha community,Ganga Kalyana,and employment.

As many as 12,000 Maratha children are given scholarships in Belagavi.The Ganiga and Maadara Development Corporation will be established soon.The Government is committed to the overall development of all the communities.

He said Kittur Rani Chennamma and Sangolli Rayanna took a lead role in India’s freedom struggle and defeated the British army.

Sangolli Rayanna lit the spirit of patriotism in every house and waged a war against the mighty Britishers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has developed a fighting spirit for the nation.

State BJP President,Nalin Kumar Kattel,Union Ministers Pralhad Joshi,Ministers,Govind Karjol,Murgesh Nirani, Shashikala Jolle,C.C.Patil,and former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi were present.
