o commemorate International Women’s Day 2023, AFFWA (R) Training Command,IAF conducted an AFFWA Meeting on 06 Mar 23 under the able guidance of Mrs Hyacinth May Radhish,President AFFWA (R) Training Command.
Air Force Families Welfare Association plays a special role in the welfare and well-being of Sanginis and families.
Mrs Spoorthi Vishwas an assiduous entrepreneur, social media influencer,blogger and an acclaimed South Indian actress was invited as the chief guest for the event.The Sanginis were highly motivated with her inspirational talk.
Also Wing Commander Ramesh Gubba (Retd) delivered a talk to educate the Sanginis on Cyber Awareness.
Serving women officers and other employees were also invited to the event in line with the vision of Ministry of Women and Child Development.
Over 160 Sanginis attended the event making it a grand success.The celebrations were conducted with full enthusiasm and fervor.
International Women’s Day signifies the essential role of women in the present day.It is an occasion to acknowledge “Naari Shakti” in all walks of life.
