The state forest department and police officials raided onehouse of a Tantrik in the Dum Dum area after getting information from specific sources. Although the tantric is absconding, three people have been arrested in the operation. Were these items stored in the flat for the sake of tantra practice? The police are trying to find out.Saurabh Chaudhary, a resident of Ambagan area on Private Road near Nagerbazar in Dum Dum. According to the sources, the accused used to practice astrology and tantra. Forest department personnel raided his flat after receiving information about the illegal stock. Deerskin, nails, horns, tiger’s nails, and teeth. Several birds were also recovered from there. However, they were not confiscated by the forest department.
