London: Buckingham Palace has recognized the children of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as royal heirs. To this extent, they were given the status of Prince and Princess on Thursday. Henceforth they will be known as Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Earlier, Prince Harry’s couple revealed that they are naming their children as Prince and Princess. In this background, Prince Harry and Meghan’s son Archie and daughter Lilibet have been recognized as heirs of the royal family. The Royal Family website has made changes. Thus, they are in the sixth and seventh positions in the list of heirs to the throne of the royal family.
It is known that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle gave up their royal status two years ago. Since then they have been living in California in America away from the royal family. At that time, they revealed that they will bring up their children with the traditions of the royal family. Till now they are known as Master Archie and Miss Lilibet. Henceforth, Prince and Princess will be added before their names. According to the rules of the British royal family, the emperor can be a grandson, granddaughter, princess or prince. Accordingly, even though Prince Harry and Meghan gave up their royal family status, their children were given royal status. Meghan has accused Buckingham Palace of refusing to grant their children royal status in the past.
