According to sources, the Enforcement Directorate has summoned Law Minister Malay Ghatak in connection with the coal smuggling case. His office assistant has also been called. However, it is not yet clear whether they will appear or not. The Minister told that he had not received any letter yet.Birbhum TMC president Anubrata Mondal was lodged in Tihar jail on Tuesday. According to sources, malay’s close aide has been summoned to the ED headquarters in Delhi on Thursday, March 23.
