Subramanyanagar police head constable& station writter suspended for his false allegations on inspector wrote letter to President and PM

A Head constable and station writter attached to Subramanya Nagar station has been suspended on the charges of indiscipline after he was found making allegations against his senior and even filed anonymous complaint to President of India before circulating copy of the complaint on social media.

As the post went viral,a probe was ordered directing the an officer of the rank of ACP to probe the matter.

The probe revealed that the accused head constable identified as Shivakumar a station writter and crime constable,Vijay Rathod mailed the letter to the president and to the office of prime minister, home minister, CBI and even election Commission levelling allegation of corruption and harassment to the staff by the inspector of Subramanyanagar .

The letter which was circulated on social media brought embarrassment to the police department as it was alleged that how inspector collect mamool from business establishment and even demand money from his staff.

The complaint also accused the inspector of misbehaving with women staff and taken money not to investigate criminal cases and to show official favours.

The probe revealed that all the allegations made was false and the ACP track down the person who posted the letter to the president and uploaded online.

Following the inquiry and a report submitted, Shivakumar and Vijay Rathod was placed under suspension pending inquiry.
