Amruthahalli Police make gangster ‘Silent’ Sunil execute security bond for Rs.15 lakh & warns to stay away from criminal activities during elections

Gangster Silent Sunil who made headlines by associating himself with senior leaders of ruling BJP has been given a shock treatment by Amruthahalli police who summoned him to the station and executed a bound over warning him to stay away from criminal activities .

Though this may not scuttle political aspirations of Sunil,but this is a set back for him and convey strong message to politicians.They may avoid him to maintain their clean image at least during elections.

The action taken under section 110 of Criminal Procedure Code specify as security for good behaviour from habitual offenders,a senior police officer, said .

Since he was resident of Amruthahalli,Sunil was summoned by the police and executed a bound over valued Rs.15 lakh and warned him to stay away from anti social activities .

“Generally this bound over is limited to jurisdiction but this is open in nature and any violations in any part of the city and even outside amounts to violations and legal action could be taken,against him”,the officer, said.

In November last year,Sunil made headlines after he was spotted with the BJP leaders in a Political program held in Chamarajpet.

After the issued heated up,Chief Minister,Basavaraj Bommai clarified that he will not be included in the party.
