The Kadugondanahalli police on Sunday arrested three youth who bludgeoned a minor boy to death and dumped his body near the railway track over a trivial row on last Monday.
The accused have been identified as Suhail ulla Shariff, 19,Syed Shoaib,20 and Mohammed Hussain, 18.
Senior officer said the trio are friends and resident of Tannary road working in a puncture shop,car garage and mobile repair shop .
The deceased Satish M,15,was working as caretaker of horse stable and also used to take children on horse ride around the stable .
During investigation it was found that the accused Suhail had approached Satish while he was in Richard park asking him to allow to take picture with the horse. Satish refused outright following which Suhail slapped him.
Before the argument ensued passers-by intervened and pacified the situation.Few days ago Suhail went to a tea shop alone where Satish was having tea with his friends.
Satish told his friend about the previous confrontation following which they slapped Suhail to avenge .
Enraged Suhail returned and on last Monday while having tea at a roadside shop noticed Satish returning home from work .
The trio took him to railway track on the pretext of talk and assaulted him with wooden logs which they found from near-by.
Satish who sustained severe injuries due to the attack succumbed to his injuries near the railway track .
When the police recovered the body and as part of the investigations analyzed the CCTV footage from in and around .
The police zeroed in on Suhail and his friends and picked them up for investigations.
A detailed probe led them to confess to the crime. The police are yet to get the clarity on why Satish refused Suhail to take the click the picture with horse.
