Chef RohitThaledi ‘s journey in the culinary world

Ever since he started his journey in the culinary world, he is known for breaking the norms and bringing in the best. Born in 1988, Delhi Boy Chef Rohit Thaledi is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the sub-continent. He has, reworked traditional Indian food and given it a modern twist. In 2010, Chef Rohit, took up the training program in Le’ Meridian, the highly competitive and most sought after programme for aspiring chefs.
In 2013, Chef Manish Mehrotra’s Indian Accent, in New Delhi was the only restaurant in India in San Pellegrino world’s 100 best restaurant list and Asia’s 50 best restaurant. He was asked to join the team. Chef Rohit added a skill of preparing wide variety cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, breads etc, following traditional and modern recipes and ended up working with exotic indegrients and learnt new techniques and new flavors.
He learned and played the legitimate role during the stressful times, helped Chef Rohit to grow personally and professionally. However, preserving Indian traditions and flavors of Indian food.
