The Congress Party in Karnataka is a sinking ship. Some persons have boarded the ship.Had they stayed here they would have reached the shore, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.

Addressing a public meeting after holding a roadshow in support of the BJP candidate,Govind Karjol here on Tuesday,he said the people’s response to the BJP has been tremendous in the State.

Karjol as a minister for PWD,Water Resources, and Social Welfare had served for more than three decades.

Congress cheated the N-K region

The CM said the Congress leaders swore on the Krishna River but did nothing. They cheated the people of the North Karnataka region.

Differentiation was done in the payment of compensation to land losers.Govind Karjol had to come as Water Resources Minister to pay the compensation to farmers.

The Cabinet Sub-Committee constituted by him had resolved to pay equal compensation to everyone and something had been followed.

The development of Mudhol taluk had been taken up through the implementation of lift irrigation schemes.

BJP Tsunami

Bommai said the BJP Tsunami has started and the party will come back to power cent percent. The guarantee card given by the Congress party is not the guarantee card but visiting card which has no value.

The BJP government has hiked the quota for the SC/ST communities and has also given internal reservations. The percentage of reservations has been hiked for lingayats and vokkaligas.

The people of Mudhol must ensure that Karjol must win the coming election by a big margin of 50,000 votes.
