A 55-year-old woman killed and her husband injured when a Ksrtc bus knocked their motorcycle down on sheshadri road on Sunday.
The deceased Latha,resident of kempapura in Hebbala was riding pillion with her husband Ananth Ramakrishna when the incident occurred.
The couple had been to shopping in Gandhinagar and returning home.
While riding down on down ramp at anandra Rao circle , the bus in rash and negligent manner going from majestic towards KR circle to chintamani knocks down the bike.
The couple slipped from the vehicle and Latha came under the wheel and was crushed to death.
The upparpet traffic police arrested the driver and seized the bus and further investigation is on .
