However, when the National Archives and Records Administration tried to retrieve those documents, Trump blocked them.
In this order, in January of last year, when the FBI officials conducted a search in Trump’s estate, 184 documents were found in 15 boxes. It was reported at that time that 67 reliable, 92 secret and 25 top secret documents were found. It is known that Trump keeps these documents together with other documents in his house. Newspapers, magazines, photographs, various types of printouts and personal documents were found in each of the boxes, along with secret documents. Then in August, amid the most dramatic developments, the FBI once again raided the estate and moved 20 boxes full of documents.

Trump himself has announced that he has been indicted by the Federal Prosecution in this case. The Department of Justice has not yet confirmed this. However, reliable sources from the Department of Justice revealed that these charges have been registered against Trump with seven criminal counts. This is the first federal indictment of a sitting or former president in US history. If Trump is found guilty, he will have to serve a long prison term. Trump, who is leading the race for the Republican Party’s presidential election next year, is likely to face difficulties due to this case. However, it is not yet known how much this will affect the elections.

Trump himself disclosed about these charges on his Truth social media account. He alleged that he was innocent and that these charges were framed against him. He described it as a conspiracy by the Democrats to block him in the election.
