Physiotherapist strangles mother to death,reaches police station packing body in suitcase and surrendered to police

t was a routine as usual for the staff of mico layout which turned into shocker when a woman walked into the station struggling to carry a suitcase along with her.

The police helped her with the suitcase and brought her into the station and stunned when she asked them to arrest her as she killed her aged mother and carried her body in a suitcase .

Senior officer with others rushed to station and after collecting information said,On Monday around 1pm,the police personnel sitting inside Mico Layout police station in Bengaluru were getting ready to go to have their lunch in rounds.

The accused is identified as Senali Sen,a physiotherapist by profession who had recently quit her job.The victim is her mother Bival Paul,71,Both resided in NSR Green Apartment in Kodichikkanahalli.

During investigation it was revealed that Senali Sen lived with her husband and mother-in-law.After the death of her father Senali’s Sen’s mother shifted to her daughter’s place.

While the Biva Paul frequently engaged in quarrel with Sen’s mother in law,on Sunday a fight ensued and Biva Paul who was depressed said that there will not be peace till she is alive and asked the daughter to kill.

On Monday around 7.15am,after Sen’s husband left to work,she laced atleast 30 Stamlo 5 tablet which is usually given to Blood Pressure patients.

By 11.30am,Biva suffered paralysis stroke and was screaming.Unable to see her,Senali Sen strangled her mother to death and bundled the dead body in a suitcase.

She took an auto-rickshaw to reach the police station, said a police officer.

A murder case was registered based on the complaint of Sanjeev Gurappa,a police sub-inspector who was at the police station and Senali Sen was arrested and during questioning she said that she killed her mother as she had asked on Sunday.

Prior to reaching the police station Senali Sen had called her husband over a mobile phone who reached the apartment but by then Sen was already in the police station.
