The Kamakshipalya police on Tuesday busted a drug racket and arrested a peddler,recovered 85 grams of MDMA powder worth Rs.2.9 lakh from him.
The accused according to the police was caught red handed while waiting for his clients near a bar and restaurant in Kottigepalya.
The accused have been booked under NDPS act and investigating to ascertain the source of drugs.
Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner, B Dayananda, has appreciated Addl CP West, Sandeep Patil, DCP West,Laxman B Nimbargi, ACP,P Ravi,PI,Lohith and his team for the exemplary work done by them in nabbing the notorious drug peddler a suitable reward will be given to whole team he added.
