Today, Hyderabad: Another electronics products company is coming to Telangana. The renowned TCL group will start its operations in the state. Telangana-based Resojet will set up a consumer electronics manufacturing unit in the state. To this extent, in a program held in China on Wednesday, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Risojet and TCL groups. State IT and Industries Minister KTR, State Electronics Department Director Sujay Karampuri and others participated online from Hyderabad. TCL Electronics, which has a wide range of products in the field of consumer products, is setting up its first manufacturing unit abroad after its headquarters in Hefei, China. Initially intended to manufacture washing machines, this manufacturing facility will soon produce refrigerators, It will also expand to produce dishwashers. A manufacturing unit will be set up at E-City in Ravirya, Rangareddy with an investment of Rs.225 crores. Through this, more than 500 direct employment opportunities will come in the first phase.
Suitable Area for Electronics Products…:Speaking on this occasion, Minister KTR said that he welcomes TCL company coming forward for investments in Telangana. As part of its expansion plan, Risojet, a Telangana state company, is moving forward with international company TCL. Telangana State is giving utmost importance to the electronics manufacturing sector. There is a possibility of manufacturing high technology products from the state. Telangana has once again proved to be the most suitable region for manufacturing electronics products. KTR stated that the state government will provide necessary support to TCL.
