A hoax call to city control room about bomb planted at a mosque in Shivajinagar on Wednesday night put the police on their toes.
The caller dialled 112 at around 10 pm and informed that terrorists have planted bomb at Masjid-e-Azam .
Senior police officials along with the police personnel who were on night rounds rushed to the spot along with the anti sabotage teams and carried a detailed search to confirm that it was a hoax call .
The police have traced the call from the outskirts of the city and have initiated a probe to track down the accused said a senior officer.
