The South Division cyber crime police have registered an FIR against unknown person who impersonating as Bengaluru south MP misused his official mobile number to cheat BJP leaders in Gujarat.

The accused on July 1 posing as Surya called prashanth korat and demanded cash and diamonds.
After transferring cash korat called Bhanu prakash to check how he could send diamonds..
Shocked bhanu when told him he never called Torat for money the scam exposed..
The police are now trying to track down the accused using call record details..
