A 30-year-old software engineer ends life due to alleged harassment from husband at her house in Jogupalya in Halasuru on Monday.
The deceased Divya, was found hanging her her house and parents of the deceased complained to the police that harassment led her to take the extreme step .
Senior officer told reporters,Divya was married to Aravind,also a techie,11 years ago and the couple had two children.
On Monday evening Aravind Called his in-laws to inform that Divya had locked the room from inside and not respoding.
The in-laws rushed to the house and found Divya was hanging to the ceiling fan.
Based on the complaint,the police have registered a case against Aravind and further investigating the case.
