raffic constable attached to Banaswadi station was allegedly beaten up abused by a family during road rage at HBR layout on July 19.
Constable Umesh who was on duty found the car parked in no parking zone and clamped it.
The family of four comprising of a woman who was being unwell and rushed to hospital in the car which has been clamped.
Enraged by this the family members best up Umesh and hurled abuses and even threatened him with dire consequences.
The woman who was unwell collapses on the road in the meanwhile Passers by recorded the incident on mobile and uploaded on social media which went viral..
Umesh later filed a complaint with the police seeking action..
The police have registered a case against the family charging them under assault on govt servants while on duty.
