Hotel employee from Assam cooked up story of racial attack to escape wrath of his wife in Bengaluru

31 year old hotel employee from Assam took the city police for a ride after he had a fall and got Injured in an inebriated state,cooked up a story of racial attack to escape the wrath of his wife.

The complainant,Dinesh Subba had come to City seven months ago with his wife and has a three months old child and started working in a hotel.

The accused on August 15 partied till 3 am with two of his friends and started walking home.

On the way in an inebriated state he climbed up a juice centre looking for drink and fell down sustaining injuries.

A security guard working in nearby residential apartment came to his help where Subba cooked up a story that he is being attacked by three people accusing him as Chinese national.

The security guard alerted the Electronic City police who rushed to the spot and shifted him to hospital before registering a case of assault.

Taking a case seriously senior officers with others visited the scene of crime and during the course of investigation the team found CCTV footage which recorded Subba getting fall from a juice centre.

The police when confronted him again with the evidence Subba said that he did not remember anything and feigned ignorance.

Meanwhile as the news about the attack went viral prompting the chief minister office of Sikkim to contact the city police seeking details.

While the complainant alleged attack of bike-borne individuals,our investigation reveals that he had consumed alcohol and had a fall.

The victim partied with his two friends that night when he had a fall and injured himself.
