Due to the failure of the State government on the Cauvery water row,the Cauvery Water Regulation Committee (CWRC) has once again passed orders against Karnataka, said former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Giving a reaction to a reporters here on Wednesday, he said the CWRC,without taking into account the illegal utilization of water by Tamilnadu and also the requirement of water for Karnataka, had been passing orders to release water.
The Government of Karnataka has miserably failed to explain to the CWRC and CWMA to prevailing situation in the Cauvery Basin dams.
Recently,Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that an Interim Application would be filed against the previous orders of the CWRA and CWMA, but it had not been filed yet.
This had resulted in receiving another order against the interest of Karnataka, he added.
