#AnswerMadiModi: Relentless 5 Day Campaign Shall Continue till Justice is Ensured

Dr.Thomas (Special Correspondent)

Karnataka has always been the beating heart of India, with its rich cultural tapestry, history, and economic contributions.

Over the last five days, the Why no love for Karnataka?: #AnswerMadiModi campaign has sought to shine a light on the longstanding grievances and neglect our beloved state has faced.

As we celebrate 50 years since our beloved state was renamed,we want to reaffirm our commitment to championing the rights and aspirations of Karnataka and its people.

On Day 1,we drew attention to the stark disparity in the allocation of disaster relief funds.Despite being ravaged by numerous natural calamities,Karnataka has been met with a deafening silence and lack of requisite financial support.

Day 2 shed light on the persistent issue of Inter-State River Water Sharing. Our state, being a major riparian player, has long sought an equitable solution, yet has faced continued apathy and lack of support from BJP MPs and the Central Government.

Day 3 revolved around the core issue of unjust financial practices. The inadequate devolution of funds and the denial of our state’s rightful share are not just economic issues but strike at the heart of our identity and aspirations.

On Day 4,the focus shifted to infrastructure.Karnataka, with its strategic location and economic significance, deserves a robust infrastructure setup. However, projects critical to our growth and development are consistently denied, hindering our progress.

Lastly,Day 5 was dedicated to the Kannadigas – the soul of Karnataka. The denial of our cultural and identity rights is deeply painful. Our rich traditions and contributions to Indian culture cannot be overlooked or suppressed.

We urge the BJP MPs from our state to introspect and question their central leadership, advocating for Karnataka’s rights and aspirations. As we embark on the next chapter post our golden jubilee,it is imperative that the essence of inclusive growth is not just a slogan but a lived reality.

In the spirit of Kannada Rajyotsava and the golden jubilee year of our state’s renaming,we hoped for a renewed sense of commitment from the Central Government.Yet,our calls for justice remain unanswered.

We thank every individual who stood by us during this campaign, amplifying our voice and making the nation take note. The battle is not over.We will continue to rally for Karnataka, demanding the recognition, respect, and support we so rightly deserve.

Here’s to a brighter, more equitable future for Karnataka. Let our unity be the beacon that guides us forward.
