Significant Rescue Operation in Uttarkashi Tunnel Draws Praise from Union Minister Ajay Bhatt

Haldwani, Union Minister of State for Defense and Tourism, Shri Ajay Bhatt, expressed his deep appreciation for the successful evacuation of 41 workers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel of Uttarkashi. Commending the coordinated efforts of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Shri Bhatt extended his gratitude to the NDRF, SDRF, and the technical teams involved in the intricate rescue operation.

Shri Bhatt conveyed that the entire nation, along with millions of well-wishers worldwide, anxiously awaited positive outcomes for the labor brothers stuck in the tunnel for 17 days. He highlighted the relentless monitoring by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, praising the swift response and immediate arrangements provided by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

The Union Minister underlined the significance of the rescue mission, attributing its success to the dedication and hard work of central and state agencies. Shri Bhatt credited the prayers of the nation and the global community, combined with the efforts of technical specialists and agencies from abroad, for overcoming this substantial crisis.
