n a tragic incident,a three-year-old girl succumbed to internal bleeding after being run over by a car while she was playing outside the apartment in Bellanduru police station limits on December 10.
Initially the parents jog jutar and Anitha from Nepal working as domestic help found the girl lying outside the gate unattended,suspecting she might have got Injured due to an accidental fall.
However the doctor at NIMHANS during the treatment found fracture injuries on the shoulder and legs and she died due internal Injuries .
During the post mortem suspected something fishy following which the parents filed a complaint with the bellandur police seeking a detailed probe.
The police analysed the CCTV footage and found the car from the same apartment run over the girl even few people passing by while the girl was lying and writhing in pain failed to notice.
The case was transferred to Bellanduru traffic police for further investigation.
