Construction labourer buried under soil cave-in at under construction site in Bengaluru

construction labourer buried alive under the heap of mud which caved in on them at the construction site on Monday.

The incident occurred at suddaguntepalya when the deceased was digging basement for the proposed multistoryed apartment under construction .

While one of the worker was dragged out of the heap the other one buried alive within minutes.

The police rushed to the spot and booked the owner and the contractor under death due to negligence.

The police are checking whether the house owner had taken required permission from the BBMP for the construction activities.
