* No shortage of funds for the projects announced in the budget.
*Morarji residential school will be sanctioned for remaining Hoblis in the next budget:Chief Minister Siddaramaiah assurance.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said Morarji Desai residential schools will be sanctioned for the rest of the hoblis in the next budget and the social welfare officers have been instructed to supervise various hostels including Morarji Desai residential schools.
He was speaking to the media after holding a district review meeting at the Kolar DC office today.
*Notice to avoid drinking water problem.
The CM said, he had visited Kolar for the first time today and reviewed the progress of various departments.
Revenue,social welfare,law, drinking water,drought and many other important issues were discussed.6 taluks of Kolar district have been declared drought prone.
The situation of supplying drinking water through tankers has not yet arisen.There is no drinking water problem in the entire district.
Strict instructions have been given to the DC and CEO to ensure the supply of drinking water is not disturbed. The government will provide the necessary funds in this regard. It has been suggested that new bore wells can be drilled only in case of necessity, he said.
*Central consent not received for 150 man days increase under MGNREGA:
Lakes were filled after KC Valley project and the ground water level has improved.This is beneficial for agriculture and drinking water.
There is no shortage of fodder.There is enough fodder available for 18 weeks.Arrangements have been made for purchase of fodder kit.

*Officials should make time to meet people:
DCs, Assistant Commissioners and Tehsildars have been instructed to dispose the pending cases.As many as 3995 cases are pending with the Assistant Commissioner,these cases should be disposed in a fast paced manner.
Cases are pending with Assistant Commissioners and Tahsildars because accounts,surveys and PODIs are not done properly.
So village accountants,revenue officers,tahsildars, assistant commissioners should do the work at their respective levels.He said that officials should make time for meeting people.
*Joint Survey of Revenue and Forest Department:
In the Tahsildar’s office,information about the taluk wise encroachment of government land and lakes should be available.
No matter how influential they are,action should be taken to clear the land and lake encroachments.The DC has been instructed to conduct a joint survey in coordination with the Forest Department and submit a report about land belonging to revenue and forest departments, the CM said.
*Direction to expidite Yetthinahole project:
The KC Valley tertiary treatment project is still under discussion.The second stage of purification is being done and the water will be used to fill the lake.
Yettinahole Project is a drinking water project which will supply drinking water to Kolar,Chikkaballapur, Bangalore Rural,Tumkur, ArseekareThe CM said that instructions have been given to speed up the works.
*Strict action against culprits:
He said that marriage of minor girls should be avoided, if such cases do not stop, disciplinary action will be taken against the concerned.
Police, Women and Child Welfare, Social Welfare Department are responsible. it has been suggested to file an FIR against the culprits and take strict action.
