High drama prevailed outside parappana agrahara prison as KS layout police whisked KRV president Narayana Gowda minutes after he released on bail on Monday.
The police taken him into custody amidst tight security of over 40 policemen and 4 platoons of KSRP stations outside the gate to control KRV supports who had gathered to receive their leader.
The case pertaining to non bailable warrant executed in a case related to 2017 .Though chargesheet was filed gowda was not attending court hearing following which the court issued NBW to secure him.
This is a conspiracy to keep Gowda in the jail.We will not budge and continue to fight the case,advocate Kumar representing Gowda,said adding that they will request the court to release him immediately.
Meanwhile the Halasoorugate police waiting for him to arrest in a case booked against him recently .
