A 40-year-old construction labourer was killed in a freak accident while sleeping at an under construction site on Kasavanahalli in Bellanduru on Tuesday night .
The deceased have been identified as Pradeep Kumar, native of West Bengal.He was sleeping at the site when a cement block fell on him from fourth floor of the multi storeyed building.
The injured Pradeep was rushed to hospital where he succumbed on Wednesday.The Bellanduru police have registered a case of death due to negligence for further investigations .
