The Lokayukta officials on Tuesday trapped a Second Division Assistant of Pollution Control Board at Chikkabalpura,red handed while accepting a bribe .
The accused,Khaja wali,53,had demanded Rs.30,000 from NV Srinath to issue NOC for the petrol pump.
Based on the complaint,a team of officials led by Inspector,Mohan Kumar and team trapped Khali Wali red handed while he was accepting the bribe.
The accused was booked under Prevention of Corruption Act for further investigations .
