Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated Tripunithura Metro Terminal to Nation

Kochi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the metro line from SN Junction to Tripunithura Terminal, the last route of the first phase of the Kochi Metro,to the nation.

Modi inaugurated various metro services in the country, including the Kochi Metro,online in Kolkata.

Along with Kochi Metro,Modi also flagged off Kavi Subhash Metro,Majarhat Metro,Agra Metro,Meerut-RRTS section,Pune Metro and Esplanade Metro-Kolkata.

Tripunithura Terminal is the last station of the first phase of the Kochi Metro.

A distance of 28.2 km from Aluva to Tripunithura has been completed in the first phase of the metro.The total cost is Rs.7377 crore.

Tripunithura station has been prepared in an area of ​​1.35 lakh square feet.There are 25 stations from Aluva to Tripunithura.The public service will start today.
