Pro Pak Slogan Case:Three accused sent to police custody mobiles of accused sent to FSL

A Day after the arrest in pro Pakistan slogan case,the Vidhana soudha police have taken three accused into custody for questioning to ascertain the reason behind the incident.

The police have seized their mobiles and sent it to FSL for analysis to ascertain possible involvement of others in the case .

Arrest was based on the FSL report confirming the slogans but the investigation will be focussed on whether it is accidental or deliberate act.

The accused Mohammed Shafi Nashipudi,a chilli trader from Byadagi taluk in Haveri district is a congress party member and Munawwar Ahmed,29,from RT Nagar is his friend.The accused Mohammed Iltaj from Kishanganj in New Delhi,also a congress party worker were part of the Syed Naseer Hussain group celebrating the victory at Vidhana Soudha.

Mohammed Shafi is still on denial mode stating that he never raised any such slogans.The police confirmed that the accused were arrested based on FSL report and circumstantial evidence and statement of the witnesses but investigations are still on to ascertain the reason behind .

Meanwhile opposition BJP party members continued to protest demanding action against Syed Naseer Hussain .

The accused are part of the Mr.Hussain’s group arrested for Anti national activities .

Hence he should also be held accountable,the BJP members said while filing a complaint with the Vidhana Soudha police demanding action .
