In a significant development for the National Cadet Corps (NCC) at Karnataka and Goa Directorate, Air Commodore Bevinmarad Arunkumar VSM has officially assumed the prestigious position of Deputy Director General (DDG).
This appointment marks a pivotal moment in the NCC’s leadership at Karnataka & Goa Directorate,with Air Commodore Arunkumar bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Air Commodore Bevinmarad Arunkumar VSM, hails from Hubli, Dharwad District of Karnataka and an alumni of Sainik School Bijapur.
He posses vast experience along all fronts in the armed forces and has a decorated career spanning over three decades.
His extensive background in military operations, leadership,and strategic planning positions him as a formidable leader for the NCC Dte.
Upon assuming his new role, Air Commodore Bevinmarad Arunkumar VSM expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve in this capacity and emphasized his commitment towards fostering the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism among the youth enrolled in the NCC.
The NCC,a premier youth organization in the country, plays a vital role in grooming the future leaders of India. Under Air Commodore Arunkumar VSM leadership,the NCC is poised to continue its mission of instilling a sense of duty, camaraderie,and national pride in its cadets.
In his inaugural address to the department, Air Commodore expressed his only mission and intent of providing the best opportunities and exposure to Cadets of Karnataka and Goa for their launch towards an ethical and capable future in a developed Bharat.
