21-year-old college student found dead at her house in Subramanyapura police station limits on Wednesday.
The deceased Prabhuda was final year commerce student at a private college was found dead at the bathroom with a deep cut on her neck and hand slashed.
The victim was living with her brother and mother.The death was due to excessive bleeding from the cut injuries,the police,said .
Soumya KR,a social activist,Mother of the deceased accused foul play alleging that it was a murder .
She had gone to college and returned home in the afternoon.Her phone was missing and someone involved in the incident could have taken it,she alleged .
The police are now waiting for the post mortem report to ascertain the cause of death.
The police have registered a case of suspicious death. Police are verifying the CCTV footage from in and around to ascertain any suspicious activities.
