In a tragic incident,a 32-year-old woman ended her life by jumping from the third floor of the building over a trivial row over husband eating extra egg in Madnanayakanahalli on Friday.
The deceased Pooja and her husband Anil Kumar from Uttar Presdesh had come with two of her children aged 3.5 and 4.5 years to work as labourers .
The couple left their other two children aged 7 and 6 years with their relatives in their home town .
The couple are working a daily wage employees and living in a rented house in Machohalli for the last two years .
According to the police,the couple used to have frequent fights over the trivial row.
On Friday after returning from work Pooja prepared dinner while Anil Kumar ate two out of three eggs from the curry she had made .
Arguments ensued when Pooja questioned Anil’s behaviour for which Anil reportedly told her that he is the owner of the house and should have major share .
Enraged Pooja walked out of the house and leapt from the third floor .Anil raised alarm and neighbours came to his help and rushed her to hospital where the doctor declared her as brought dead .
The police charged Anil Kumar under abetment to suicide based on the probe that he was illtreating and harassing wife, remanded him to judicial custody.
As a humanitarian grounds,the police have sought the help of Anil relatives to take care of the two children while decided to help the children .
