Haveri:Former CM and BJP MP of Haveri Gadag Lok Sabha constituency,Basavaraj Bommai, expressed confidence that an NDA government will be formed under the leadership of Narendra Modi in the country.
Speaking to the media after winning the Haveri Gadag Lok Sabha constituency, he said that the lead has been less than expected.
In Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra,it is below the expected level.The NDA will get more seats, and a government will be formed under the leadership of Narendra Modi, he said.
We accept that the results in some states are below expectations.There are local reasons for the setbacks, and we will analyze them.
We will correct the deficiencies and lead the country under Modi’s leadership,he added.
There has also been a setback in Kalyana Karnataka in the state.We will analyze it in the coming days.
Karnataka was expected to get 4 to 5 more seats,but we have lost three to four seats by a small margin, he said.
