After a gap of two days,the Special Investigation Team on Wednesday obtained custody of Prajwal Revanna for six days to probe a rape case pending against him.
A Team of SIT officials taken Prajwal on body warrant from the Central prison of Parappana Agrahara prison where he was lodged,produced him before the 42 nd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court to seek permission and taken him to the SIT office to question him about the third case of rape pending against him.
Earlier Prajwal through his advocate had applied for anticipatory bail petition in this case which was rejected by the court and granted SIT custody .
