n a tragic incident,a 19-year-old student and 50-year-old married man who were missing for the past three days found dead in Mavattur village is located in Koratagere taluk of Tumakuru district on Sunday.
The deceased identified as Ananya,19,studying PU in college in Tumakuru while Rangashamanna,resident of Bhairagondlu village having a electrical shop,married having two children reportedly had relationship for many months.
The family of Ananya who came to know recently objected to the relationship following which she went missing for the last four days.
The parents have also filed a missing complaint with the jurisdictional Kolala police.While both the familes and police made efforts to search Ananya and Rangashamanna before tracing the last call made from the banks of Mavathur lake on Saturday.
When the police reached the lake bed they found two pairs of footwear and mobile phones belonging to the duo.
The police suspecting something fishy summoned fire and emergency service personnel and divers who rushed to the spot and conducted a thorough search for two days before recovering the bodies on Sunday.
The Kolala police have sent the bodies for post-mortem and registered two separate cases of Un natural death for further investigation.
