Hyderabad: India’s leader KCR has been hit in the high court. The CJ Bench of the Telangana High Court dismissed the petition filed by him to abolish the Electricity Commission. KCR has stated in the petition that the Electricity Commission is acting unilaterally. In this case, the High Court disagreed with the arguments of his lawyers. On the other hand, the Advocate General (AG) said that the Electricity Commission is acting according to the rules. He said that the petition filed by KCR is not admissible. The High Court upheld the arguments of the AG. The Electricity Commission has made it clear that the investigation can continue.

During the arguments, the High Court bench said that there is no evidence that Justice Narasimha Reddy is biased. She said that there is no evidence that a decision has been reached before the Chairman of the Electricity Commission. It is said that Justice L. Narasimha Reddy acted in a biased manner just because he held a press conference. The High Court asked to show sufficient evidence not to suspect. KCR has failed to prove the allegations made against Justice L. Narasimha Reddy. In the notices issued to KCR, the commission chairman has not violated the law anywhere. It has been clarified that notices have been issued to him to know about power purchases and construction of power plants. After examining all these, the High Court Bench declared that the petition was not admissible.
