The conference focused on the transformative impact of individual efforts in fostering organizational change towards greater inclusion.
Themed,“Be the change”,the Conference featured a series of insightful sessions where the book, “Conversations with the Career Doctor”written by of Dr Saundarya Rajesh,Founder-President of Avtar Group, was launched by prominent CXOs from various industries like Tarun Sareen of Sun Life Global Solutions;Aditi Shukla of AXA XL,Akshay Saxena of Encore Capital Group Inc.
Amit Kalra of R1 India and Sekhar Sahay of Thales.
The participants emphasized their individual contribution in driving collective change towards more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

The conference also recognized exemplary leaders and DEI allies from different sectors.Noteworthy awardees included Dr.Kavitha Kommuri,honoured for her leadership as the best ERG Leader–Women (2024) at TVS, Ujjwala Singhania, recognized as the best ERG Leader–People with Disability (PwD) 2024 at IBM,and Ali Khan,celebrated as the Best ERG Leader-LGBTQIA+ (2024) at ZS.
Geeta Mohan recognized as Best Mentor Award (2024) award at IBM.
