Today, Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the aim of his government is to provide transparent and public governance. He mentioned that we are moving forward balancing development with public welfare. Collectors are the eyes and ears of the state government, he said. It is advised to understand the public interests along with government goals and take decisions from a humane perspective. He said that it is their responsibility to reach the government programs and schemes to the final beneficiary. He said that he should not be limited to AC rooms, but should know what people’s thoughts are at the field level. Shankaran and Sreedharan suggested that common people should always remember to work. He said that Arogyashri should not be linked with the ration card, but steps should be taken to provide Arogyashri cards separately. He said that a digital health profile is being created for everyone in the state. The CM addressed the District Collectors’ Conference held at the Secretariat on Tuesday.

You are the bridge and the captain

“You (collectors) are the bridge and leaders of the government at the district level. No matter what district you work in, you have to leave an indelible mark on the minds of the people there. Recently, teachers were promoted and transferred. In some places, when they were going on the transfer, the students got in the way and shed tears. Even if the Collectors are transferred in the districts, there should be performance to get such response from the people. IAS officers from different states and cultures have to learn the language here as well as participate in the culture of Telangana as part of their duties. They should act like their own state. When going for field inspections, you need to interact with people. Minor problems should be solved immediately. Government prefers to serve people through schools, hostels and hospitals. It spends Rs.85 thousand every month on every poor student studying in government schools. That is why collectors should take the responsibility of monitoring government schools and hospitals.

Public radio applications should be addressed

The public hearing applications held every week in the Collectorates should be dealt with from time to time. If the solution is done at the district level, the number of applications coming to the Praja Bhavan in Hyderabad will decrease. That will reflect your performance. The government has given an opportunity to those who have applied for the Rs.500k gas cylinder schemes of Griha Jyoti (200 units of free electricity) and Mahalakshmi to correct their details. It should be seen that public administration service centers are functioning in all district and mandal centers. If necessary, a service center should be set up in the Collectorates on the day of public hearing.

Resolution of Dharani issues by August 15

The state government organized a special drive from March 1 to 15 to solve the Dharani problems. A special committee has been formed. Since then, the government has resolved 1,61,760 applications so far. 1,15,308 newly applied. If the authorities reject the applications, steps should be taken to ensure that the reason is also recorded. Pending applications should be resolved by August 15. Government lands, ponds and ponds should be protected from alienation in all districts.

Remuneration of rural doctors

There is a demand to provide training and certificates to RMPs and PMPs who provide medical services in villages. It should be studied and the issue of giving orders should be considered. Doctors working in rural areas should be rewarded and encouraged. Every bed in government hospitals should have a serial number. Collectors should take steps to ensure that proper medical facilities are provided in tribal areas. CSR funds should be taken from industries.

Cultivation of orchards in waste lands

Aerial survey should be conducted by drone to identify the forest lands without trees. Fruit trees should be planted in those areas. Tribals should be entrusted with the responsibility of preserving them. The Forest Department is responsible for overall monitoring. The tree-palta policy implemented during NTR’s regime should be examined. Only useful plants should be planted in Vanamahotsavam. Eco tourism should be developed in the forests of Vikarabad. Encouragement should be given to the cultivation of orchards in waste lands,” the CM ordered.

Rented buses for women’s groups!

Government’s intention is to train women as entrepreneurs. There are 64 lakh members in women self help societies. A special drive should be conducted to enroll crores of people as members. It should work with the aim of providing Rs. lakh crore bank linkage loans in five years. Your (collectors) innovative ideas should also be added to the activities of women’s groups and businesses. Consideration should be given to allocating the newly required rented buses to women’s groups in RTC.

Wide publicity should be given to the schemes: Bhatti

Deputy Chief Minister Bhattivikramarka said in the Collectors’ conference.. “Collectors should be negotiators between the government and the people. When we went to the districts as part of the Rythu Bharosa program, it was understood that the guarantee schemes implemented by the new government are not going to the lower level in some districts. It should be ensured that all the deserving ones get everything. If collectors and additional collectors make extensive field visits, many problems will be solved on the spot,” he said.
