Five staff of cash management company arrested by Bellandur Police who misleaded police and gave false complaint to take advantage of situation

he Bellanduru ATM theft case has taken a new twist as police during the course of Investigation found five staff of the cash management company tried to mislead police and gave false complaints to take advantage of the situation.

Based on the investigation outcome the police arrested Pratap,field operation Manager,Pawan Kalyan 28,ATM officer,Dharmendra 52,Banglore city ATM incharge secure value company,Raghavendra,36,Madiwala area branch head secure value company.

Mahesh,30,assistant manager of secure value and others taken them into custody for further investigation .

The accused supposed to fill the cash Rs.16.5 lakh into the ATM before that found the ATM breached and decided to pocket the money.

The police following the complaint analysed details of the movement of cash management staff and found they were lying to take undue advantage, a senior police officer, said.

The matter was brought to the city police commissioner who directed them to book the accused under cheating criminal breach and misleading police .

It may be recalled that on last Sunday a gang of masked men barged into ATM which did not had security guard,sprayed paint on CCTV and cut open the machine to steal cash.

The complainant now accused in the case told the police that they have deposited Rs.16.5 lakh but the actual amount was around Rs.6.500, the police said.
