Two among enginnering student killed in road accident in two seperate incidents in Bengaluru

A 20-year-old engineering student was killed and his friend injured when a speeding motorcycle crashed into their bike while the duo was trying to cross the airport rod in Chikkajala on Tuesday night.

The deceased has been identified as Kiran,20,from Afzalpura in Kalaburagi pursuing second year engineering course in IT at a private college.

According to the police Kiran along with his friend Chethan, gone to a hotel to have dinner and returning home.

He had crossed half of the road and waiting at the divider to cross the other half when another bike coming from Hunasamaranahalli in a rash and negligent manner crashed into Kiran’s bike.

As they result the trio flew up in the air and crashed on the road sustained injuries.Passers-by rushed the injured to the hospital where the doctor declared Kiran as brought dead.

Chethan and another bike rider identified as Vijay sustained multiple injuries and being treated at the hospital .

The Chikkajala traffic police have booked Vijay under death due to negligence and also under rash and negligent driving and seized the bike for further investigation.

In a similar incident,a 35-year-old private firm employee was killed in a self accident in Singasandra in Electronic city police station limits on Wednesday.

The deceased Shashi Kumar was returning home from work when she lost control and slipped from the bike sustaining severe injuries.

He was rushed to a near-by hospital where the doctor declared him as dead on arrival.The Eletronic city traffic police have registered a case and are investigating.
