Two Railway contract employees arrested by Yeshwanthpur Railway Police and recovered stolen valuables,cash,mobiles and gold ornaments worth Rs.21.6 Lakhs

 The alert Yeshwanthpur Railway police caught two contract employees of railways and recovered valuables and cash total worth Rs.21.6 lakh which they would steal from passengers.

The duo identified as Syed Zabi and Vijay Kumar working as cleaning staff were caught by Rural railway police on patrolling while they were noticed moving suspiciously.

A detailed questioning led the police to recover 49 mobile phones,three tabs,153 grams of gold valuables, 825 grams of silver articles and cash Rs.1.5 lakh which they had stolen from passengers for the last few months.

This is the second case the railway police cracked as in June this year the city railway police had arrested 20 year old contract employee red handed smuggling 32 kilos of marijuana from his home town tripura to be handed over to his associates in the city .
