Today, Amaravati: The latest Union Budget has proved that whatever kind of leader is the ruler, the development of the state is fast-tracked. After a gap of five years, it became clear how a leader’s foresight, perseverance and experience in governance can benefit the state. Chief Minister Chandrababu’s hard work and initiatives towards the development of the state have yielded results. He has shown what can be achieved if there is sincerity towards the development of the state, even before completing 50 days of taking charge as the fourth term Chief Minister. After the formation of the NDA government for the third time at the centre, priority was given to the state in the first budget, and specific assurance on the allocation of funds for key projects like Amaravati and Polavaram was possible only because of Chandrababu’s initiative. In addition to the NDA coalition’s great victory in the state, TDP won 16 Lok Sabha seats. In such a case, Chandrababu performed Chanakyam.

They achieved what they wanted without any fuss!

Chandrababu has been clearly telling them that the completion of Amaravati and Polavaram and the development of the state are his priorities since he formed an alliance with the BJP before the elections. He went to Delhi twice within a month of coming to power. Hangu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and other Union Ministers without fanfare. He explained how much destruction was done during the five-year rule of Jagan and what the state needs now. Persuade them and convince them. In the first year itself, what was planned in the first central budget was achieved. The central government has given a specific assurance that they will fund the Polavaram project as per the calculations for the year 2014-15 and that they will give only Rs.14 thousand crores. It has agreed to give Rs.15 thousand crores for the construction of Amaravati and provide more assistance if necessary. All this was possible only because of Chandrababu’s initiative.

Long live Amaravati

In the past, Chandrababu’s government spent more than Rs.9 thousand crores and undertook various works in the capital Amaravati. After Jagan came to power, they were stopped everywhere. The capital has been turned into a jungle. Is it possible to advance the construction of the capital, which Jagan’s government has destroyed so much? Where will all the thousands of crores of rupees come from? Many doubts have been expressed as to whether Chandrababu’s government will be able to build the capital in the situation of being stuck in debt. In such circumstances, it is unusual for Amaravati to get financial assistance of Rs.15 thousand crores in the first year itself. If that amount is spent, the unfinished buildings in Amaravati can be measured. All basic infrastructure can be provided. If another Rs. 10 thousand crores are spent… the construction of Amaravati city will reach a level. The mouths of all those who say that the construction of Amaravati is possible will be closed by this blow.

And industrial development runs

In the background of the majority of industries and sources of income going to Telangana with the division of the state, Chandrababu worked for the development of industries in Andhra Pradesh, especially in the backward districts of Rayalaseema between 2014-19. They brought an industry like Kia to Anantapur district, set up electronic clusters in Renigunta, and acquired 20 thousand acres of land to turn Orvakallu into an industrial hub.. They raised new hopes. Steps have been taken in the first year of Chandrababu’s return to power in the first central budget to make it more stable and make Rayalaseema an industrial hub. Chandrababu worked hard to ensure that the central government gave specific guarantees in the budget for the development of Visakha-Chennai and Hyderabad-Bangalore industrial corridors.

For many years.. sweet talk!

For the past few years, whenever the Union Finance Minister presented the budget, the newspapers, which had fallen into the habit of writing news with headlines saying ‘Andhra Pradesh will be stubborn this time’, had to find new headlines this time. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s budget speech was heard this time by five crore Andhras, who are used to waiting for the central budget every year with a thousand eyes and finally sighing that it is the end. After four years, the name of Andhra Pradesh was heard loudly in the central budget.
