engaluru:A 24-year-old woman found dead under mysterious circumstances at her house in Adugodi on Sunday.
The deceased Tanisha choudhary,a BCOM graduate who was married to Tarun Choudhary two years ago.
According to the complainant,Ganpati choudhary,The husband and in laws used to torture Tanisha frequently demanding more dowry and SUV car despite paying hefty dowry at the time of marriage.
The in laws beat her up and allegedly strangled her to death and later hanged her to make it look like suicide.
The incident came to light when in laws called me. Ganpat informing him that Tanisha had slipped and injured and had been taken to hospital.
Ganpath tried to call them back for more information but in vain.
He manages to get information that Tanisha was taken to St John’s hospital where she had succumbed.
There were multiple marks on the body indicating that she had been tortured and murdered.
Based on the complaint the police have registered a case of dowry death against the husband and in laws for further investigation.
