Second year BSc student ended life by hanging himself at his PG in Yelahanka

21-year-old student from a private college was found dead at his paying guest accomodation in Yelahanka on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Tanveer,a second-year BSc student at REVA University and a native of Budgam district in Kashmir..

Senior officer told reporters that Tanveer was found in his room hanging in the morning.A suicide note was also recovered.Few hostel mates found him hanging and alerted the management and later to the police.

Death note found from the scene of crime claimed that no one was responsible, said a police officer adding that further investigation are on to ascertain any foul Play .

An Unnatural Death Report (UDR) has been registered by the police and the body has been sent for Postmortem.

The police are awaiting pm report to ascertain the cause of death and motive behind his extreme step.
