Husband killed his choreographer wife in Bengaluru’s Kengeri suspecting fidelity accused a cab driver arrested

I n a bizarre incident,a 28-year-old dance instructor was stabbed to death by her husband while her friend was sleeping next to her in Kengeri satellite town on Thursday .

The deceased Navyashri,native of Bhadravathi was married to the accused Kiran,a cab driver,three years ago and living in rented house on second floor of the residential building in SMV layout .

Though it was a love marriage the couple had a difference as Kiran started suspecting her fidelity .

On Wednesday Navyashri called her friend Aishwarya and the duo had gone out in a car with a common friend Anil for a joy ride.

Navyashri told Ishwarya about the harassment by Kiran and said that she was not feeling safe at home due to domestic row.Anil reportedly told her to complaint to the police to teach him a lesson.

The trio had dined and had liquor before returning home and went to sleep.

At around 6 am on Thursday Ishwarya felt something went and woke u p to find Navyashri was found dead next to her with a a stab injuries on her neck.

She raised alarm prompting the neighbours to come to her rescue.The Kengeri police rushed to the spot and conducted a detailed probe.

Ishwarya,who works in a real estate firm,in her complaint said that Kiran had used duplicate keys to enter the house and killed the wife who was sleeping in an inebriated state .

The police have registered a case of murder and arrested Kiran,31,within hours.Kiran confessed that Navyashri had an illicit affair and the duo used to have frequent fight when Kiran objected to it .

On Wednesday night,the couple had a fight while Ishwarya was in deep sleep in the melee he stabbed her to death and went out of the house .

Police suspect that the complainant is under the influence of drugs which led her to sleep into deep sleep while the couple had a fight and even her friend Murdered.
