Feared of getting arrested by the police over a fight with the neighbour,a 16-year-old high school student ended his life at his house at Kavaranahalli village in the outskirts of Chikkaballapur on Friday.
Based on the complaint the police have charged the accused Ramappa,Lakshmaiah,Asha,Srinivasa KL, charging them under abetment to suicide for further investigations.The accused locked their houses and escaped soon after the incident .
According to Manjunath,KN,a farmer and father of the deceased the accused used to have frequent fight with him and his family members over using the road outside their house.
On thursday the accused assaulted Manjunath’s daughter,Navyashri while she was walking in front of their house .
The deceased Sudeep M,taking objection had an heated argument and allegedly threw a brick at them which hit one of the accused .
Enraged by the accused went to the hospital got the MLC done before filing a complaint with the police alleging Sudeep had assaulted them and demanded legal action.
The accused even created rucuks in front of Manjunath’s house and warned that Sudeep will be arrested soon.
Disturbed by this Development Sudeep was depressed thinking that he would be arrested.Manjunath pacified him and put him to sleep after dinner.
However Sudeep woke up in the middle of the night and using a saree to end his life.The incident came to light on Friday when Manjunath found Sudeep was missing and later found the bedroom door was locked from inside.They forced open the door and rushed him to a near-by hospital where he was declared as brought dead.
