Group of Mob in Bengaluru attacks school bus filled with kids during road rage, FIR registered

36-year-old school bus driver was dragged out and assaulted by a group of seven people in a case of road rage on Maragondanahalli road in Hebbagodi on Monday.

The victim,James Dhon,was dropping the school children home after school when the accused driving SUV intercepted him vehicle and dragged him out and assaulted on the charged of not giving way.

James tried to pacify them but the accused were aggressively assaulted him while the children in the bus started crying.Passers-by came to his rescue and pacified the accused.One of the by stander recorded the video of assault and put it on social media which went viral .

James later filed a complaint with the police along with the registration number of the accused vehicle for further action.

The Hebbagodi police have registered a case against the accused charging them under voluntarily causes hurt, wrongful restrain unlawful assembly for further investigation.

Reacting to the incident Superintendent of Police,CK Baba,said that efforts are on to secure the custody of the accused .

The incident involving a school bus and a SUV due to bus driver allegedly didn’t allow the car to overtake.Mr. Baba advised the people to refrain from getting provoked and restrain from getting anger unnecessarily.
