The Kamakshipalya police are now on the lookout for a rowdy-sheeter who was found stripping a man and assaulting him black and blue to settle a old score .
The accused had even recorded the video of the torture on his mobile phone and made him to run naked while chasing him and kicking and punching him.
The video which reportedly taken few days ago surfaced and went viral on social media prompting the police to step up the investigation.
According to the police,the accused identified as Pawan Gowda alias Kadubu,a rowdy sheeter at the Rajagopalnagar police station,hurling abuses and stripping a man said to be his friend turned foe.He was assaulted reportedly over a trivial row and teach him a lesson, a senior officer, said .
“We are on the lookout for both of them who are presently on the run,a senior police officer, said.The victim said to have some criminal past and hence did not register a complaint.
The video of the victim bleeding while Pawan Gowda hurled abuses with kicks and punches.Gowda then forced the victim to strip all his clothes,including his undergarments making him to run around while the victim plead for mercy .
The video was deliberately put it on social media by the accused to create a fear psychosis among his rivals, which is part 
of the strategy.
